My girl, Taraji P. Henson who stole the show with this Reem Acra gown. Whew. Breathtaking.

I finally went to see Hidden Figures this past weekend and it was just so fitting that this movie came out on top at the SAGs. It deserves all the accolades it is getting. Those women’s names deserve to be known and this story is way past due.

My jaw literally dropped when I saw Priyanka come out to present.

She looked absolutely amazing!! Whew, now, thats how you dress up!

So truth be told, I totally slept on TIFF this year.

There were so many great movies (see below) out this year and the FOMO was real.

But you know your girl does not sleep on style! 😉

I shoulda known the show was gonna be LIT just by Luvvie’s ensemble but I.was.not.ready!!!!

Beyonce stole the CFDA Awards because DUH! She’s Beyonce.

I checked my Twitter feed last night and saw that Beyonce had won the fashion icon award and got a tad excited about doing this post today.

Then I watched her speech.

Joan Smalls.
